Yes. Change your weekly delivery limit in your account at any time, during or after the trial. Free and paid leads both count toward this limit. Lowering it stops new deliveries once your current weekly count reaches the new limit. The count resets on Monday.

Yes. Pause delivery in your account to stop new deliveries. Paid leads already delivered remain payable. Pausing and restarting does not reset your five free leads.

We aim to review your business and service area within 1 business day. We will email you as soon as you are approved. Once approved, you receive each matching new inquiry by email as soon as it has been qualified. Timing and volume depend on new inquiries in your service area. Your free trial does not expire while you wait for leads.

Report a lead within 14 days of its delivery. Eligible claims, including duplicates, incorrect contact details and inquiries outside agreed criteria, receive a free replacement under the Buyer Terms. A replacement does not consume an additional free-trial position. No appointment or sale is guaranteed.
